Due to market conditions, the menu may change throughout the year.

You can cancel or modify your reservation (subject to availability) without additional charges up to 7 days before the booked time. In case of cancellation after the 7-day deadline or a no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to charge €150 per person.
Please note that it is not possible to reserve a table outdoors.

In France, among quiet cellars and vineyards that seemed to breathe, we met. Words were hardly needed—our shared gaze said it all: the same respect for time and for ingredients, the same curiosity for what emerges when you let things unfold.

At Élevage, in Aversa, I discovered a place where patience becomes care, and every fermentation, every preserve, is an attempt to capture a season and give it back in a new form.

From Octavin, I bring my way of listening to ingredients, transforming them, honoring their story. Here at Élevage, this approach takes on a new life, shaped by different hands, across new lands, without losing its original essence.

It is a shared journey—an invitation to sit, observe, taste… and let yourself be carried along.
